What is cloudten?

cloudten is the first direct-to-consumer bedding company created for those who truly adore their beds. We’ve created the world’s best sheets by working with European artisans to craft small-batch, non-toxic, long-staple Egyptian Cotton sheets, and shipping them to you (for free) at better prices than anyone else in the industry. Try them out for a full 100 nights absolutely risk-free; we’re so confident that you’ll love them that we'll refund your money and donate the returns.

How are your sheets made?

All cloudten products are completely non-toxic, crafted in environment-and-employee-friendly facilities staffed by European artisan creators. We don’t believe in having Bad Karma in our beds, so you don’t have to worry about it either. All fabric is certified highest-grade Oeko-Tex, using all environmentally-friendly dyes, by a facility that is powered by bio-gas, meaning mainly steam and thermal oil.

Is it really the same price for all sheet sizes?

Yes! We believe that bedding companies trick customers into the shopping process by advertising the price for Twin sheets, and then making them pay much more for Queen or King. We value authenticity and transparency, and so we’ve made all our sheets the same price, at any size; $140 for our Percale, and $180 for Sateen.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We ship free anywhere in the continental United States. International shipping coming soon.

How long do I get to try my sheets out risk-free?

For a full 100 nights! Grab a couple sets, and try them out for a few washes. We’re so confident you’ll love them that, if you still wouldn’t like to keep them at the end of 100 nights, we’ll refund your money and help facilitate the donation of your sheets to those in need.

How do I submit photos and videos of my sheets?

Each month, we pick our favorite customer photo and video content, and award that person a $200 Shopping Spree on the cloudten website. You can submit your photos and video by tagging @cloudtensheets or #mycloudten, or sending them in to social@cloudten.us.

You only make sheets? What about the rest of the bed?

Sheets are only the beginning, my friend! We see sheets as the true foundation of a luxury bedroom experience, but will soon be releasing many more high-quality bedroom products to the public, so join our email list at the bottom of the page and stay tuned!
