cloudten is the first direct-to-consumer bedding company created for those who truly adore their beds. We’ve created the world’s best sheets by working with European artisans to craft small-batch, non-toxic, long-staple Egyptian Cotton sheets, and shipping them to you (for free) at better prices than anyone else in the industry. Try them out for a full 100 nights absolutely risk-free; we’re so confident that you’ll love them that we'll refund your money and donate the returns.

HOW ARE YOUR SHEETS MADE?

All cloudten products are completely non-toxic, crafted in environment-and-employee-friendly facilities staffed by European artisan creators. We don’t believe in having Bad Karma in our beds, so you don’t have to worry about it either. All fabric is certified highest-grade Oeko-Tex, using all environmentally-friendly dyes, by a facility that is powered by bio-gas, meaning mainly steam and thermal oil.

IS IT REALLY THE SAME PRICE FOR ALL SHEET SIZES?

Yes! We believe that bedding companies trick customers into the shopping process by advertising the price for Twin sheets, and then making them pay much more for Queen or King. We value authenticity and transparency, and so we’ve made all our sheets the same price, at any size; $140 for our Percale, and $180 for Sateen.

IS IT FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! We ship free anywhere in the continental United States. International shipping coming soon.

Returns

CAN I RETURN MY SHEETS?

Yes. We offer a no-questions-asked 100 night return policy, so if you try out your sheets for 100 nights and they're still not right for you, our support team will work with you to donate them to an organization such as Habitat for Humanity, and get your money back to you.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING THEM?

Send an email to support@cloudten.us, and our world-class support team will do everything to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Exchanges are not offered at this time. We recommend returning your item(s) and placing a new order once your refund is processed. Just email support@cloudten.us! We will process your returns and refund within 48 hours.

Launder & Care

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHEETS?

Machine wash your sheets and pillowcases on cool using a mild liquid detergent, along with other items that are of similar color and material. Try to avoid washing them with items with zippers and other items that could cause abrasian.

To dry, tumble dry on low heat. For minimal wrinkles, put the sheets on the bed right out of the dryer, when they're still a little bit damp.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY SHEETS?

You should wash your sheets every 7-10 days.

WHAT SHOULD I AVOID?

Don't use fabric softener on your sheets, they'll naturally continue to soften with each wash. Avoid any products with bleach, peroxide, or alpha hydroxy acids. Love your sheets, and they'll take care of you for years to come.
